Organizing for Working-Class Power
Following the first Workers’ Voice International Meeting held in January 2026, we are continuing the process of building a space for coordination between organizations engaged in workplace organizing across Europe.
The previous meeting brought together more than 70 labor organizers and trade union activists from 9 countries, with a shared focus on union campaigns, workers’ initiatives, and organizing practices. It also established a strong working atmosphere based on open exchange and organizing discussions grounded in concrete practice.
The 2027 meeting builds on this with a stronger emphasis on workshops, thematic sessions, and discussions directly connected to organizing practice.
We are particularly interested in:
• organizing methods and campaign experiences
• workplace-based initiatives and union work
• points of international cooperation, including organizing in supply chains
• strategic and theoretical questions emerging from practice
To shape the program collectively, we are opening a first round of applications for organizations that want to take part in building the meeting.
